Sharon Hong is a Positive Organizational Psychology doctoral student at Claremont Graduate University. Her research interests lie in the areas of self-disclosure, leadership and followership, appreciation and recognition, and gender. She is also interested in cross-cultural research and how culture and geographical location influence workplace dynamics and expectations. Sharon received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. She enjoys passing her free time with singing, playing the guitar, and traveling.
