Christopher Chen is a doctoral student in the Organizational Behavior program at the Claremont Graduate University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside and a Master of Science in Applied Organizational Psychology from the University of Southern California. Prior to joining the PhD program, Christopher has worked for the organizational development department at the Los Angeles Unified School District and as a recruiter for the Boston Consulting Group. He is currently the Lab Manager for the CEC-Accenture Talent Innovation Lab, Webmaster and Research Lead for the Talent Science Lab, Lab Manager for the CEC Positive Organizational Development Lab, and a Talent Research and Innovation Consultant at Accenture. His research interests include workplace autonomy, talent attraction, talent management, and the use of new technologies to augment knowledge industry workers.
